Shipping costs from 12.30 PLN - COURIER, Polish Post. from 40 PLN - COURIER shipping outside of Poland. Return of parcel The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The product should be sent to our address. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. We do not accept returns with postage. The condition of accepting the return is delivery of the undamaged, unused and unaltered product along with the sales receipt or VAT invoice. The refund is made by bank transfer or postal order within 14 days. Withdrawal from the contract does not apply to situations in which: - the goods or their packaging have been violated - in other cases indicated in art. 10 paragraph 3 of the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product.
